Circular economy creating real impact
For more than 27 years, Humana People to People Baltic has been building a circular economy model where textile reuse creates value for both people and the environment.
By carefully sorting textiles, we extend their life cycle, reduce waste and conserve natural resources. Income generated through textile reuse is directed to long-term social development projects that strengthen communities and help build a more sustainable future.
Every year, about 34,000 tonnes of textiles are sorted at our Vilnius sorting centre. In 2025, we allocated EUR 6.3 million to 61 partnership projects in 12 countries, supporting initiatives in education, health, community development, sustainable agriculture and environmental protection.
